Leon Tolbert Named IEEE Fellow

CURENT's University of Tennessee Campus Director, Dr. Leon Tolbert, has recently been named as IEEE Fellow. Dr. Tolbert is also a Thrust Leader within the center, and the Min H. Kao Professor in UT's Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science.
He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering with highest honors in 1989 from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He then earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 1991 and 1999, also from Georgia Tech.
Congratulations to Dr. Tolbert!
