Conference

The 2016 Annual Industry Conference and Site Visit was held at the Crowne Plaza in downtown Knoxville and at the CURENT offices/labs at the University of Tennessee. Although the Crowne Plaza is located within walking distance of CURENT at 401 W. Summit Hill Drive, Knoxville, TN 37902, we also provided transportation to CURENT from the hotel and back for the lab tours. 

Registration

Registration closed on Nov. 11, 2016. Invitees were asked to fill out and submit a registration form.

Registration cut-off date was Nov. 11, 2016 

Lodging

Rooms were blocked at the Crowne Plaza at the contracted university rate of $115.  A king bed could be requested at a rate of $130. The group room block code was CSV (CURENT Site Visit).   

Hotel registration cut-off date was Oct. 21, 2016. We asked guests to make a reservations prior to this date to assure a room and event pricing.  

Parking

Self-parking at the Crowne Plaza was $8.00 per day. Valet parking was also available for $15.00 per day. Parking tokens were available at the registration desk as well.
