CURENT hosted three visitors from NTT DATA North America on October 10: Beth Howen – President of US Public Sector, NTT DATA, NA; Billy Johnson – Regional VP, NTT DATA NA; Jude Olesh – Account Representative, State of Tennessee, NTT DATA. NTT staff viewed the capabilities of CURENT’s reconfigurable grid emulation hardware testbed and grid simulator large scale testbed. CURENT faculty, staff, and students demonstrated capabilities in modeling data center grid impacts and how grid events impact data centers. NTT DATA is one of the largest data center manufacturers and operators in the world.
