Title: Compassionate Servant Leaders with Engineering Skills
Abstract: We can graduate engineers or leaders that have engineering skills. The concept of compassionate servant leadership is presented once an engineering student leads based on a Boeing leadership model. Are you able to model your knowledge and mentor others based on your model? A leader with engineering skills must have technical competency, compassion and citizenship. A leadership model is presented based on systems concepts and reliability engineering.
